It’s hard to believe, but Papa is down to the final three days of the 2016 pumpkin season. We plan to be open 12-7 pm on Thursday, Oct. 20, Friday, Oct. 21 and Saturday, Oct. 22. Here’s what you can look forward to finding, in addition to pumpkins, squash, gourds and all kinds of free activities:
- Thursday, Oct. 20: From 1-7 pm we plan to have zip lines, pony rides, the obstacle course, pumpkin popper and pedal carts open. From 5-7 pm, we will add the corn cob sling shots, the monster wagon train, pumpkin trebuchet, pumpkin cannon, horse-drawn hay rides and the barrel train for your enjoyment. We will also welcome Central Dakota Humane Society and pets of all sizes and ages from 5-7 pm. (Bring your pet, and you will receive $1 off one admission.) Concessions will be open all day.
- Friday, Oct. 21: From 12:30-6:30 pm, we plan to have zip lines, pony rides, the obstacle course, pumpkin popper, pedal carts, corn cob sling shots and barrel train open for you. Concessions will be open all day.
- Saturday, Oct. 22: Costume Day! If you wear your family-friendly costume to Papa’s, your admission is FREE. Plus, you can be in Papa’s Costume Parade Around the Patch at 12:30 pm. From 12-5 pm, the pumpkin cannon and pumpkin trebuchet will be taking aim at their targets. From 12-6 pm, you’ll find the zip lines, pony rides, hay rides, train rides, corn cob sling shots, pedal park, Apple Dash Obstacle Course and the pumpkin popper will be open.
