It’s a beautiful morning in Bismarck, ND, and Papa’s Pumpkin Patch will open at 12 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 5. The forecast calls for strong winds this afternoon, so Papa will keep an eye on our big cottonwoods to ensure guests will be safe while they play.
