It’s a brand new day, and YES! we are open Sunday, Oct. 13! Papa’s Pumpkin Patch is in the final days of the season, and we are ready to take Mother Nature head on. We are open from 12-7 pm.

We’ve done our best to clean up after the wind storm and drain all of the puddles inside Papa’s. Are you prepared like Mrs. P? The forecast says partly cloudy and temps in the 50s. That means mud boots or winter boots, heavier coats, and hats and gloves for the kids.

You might also want to consider old pants. No doubt you and the family will want to play hard, and the bales are going to be wet. Maybe some extra blankets to cover the seats in your vehicle would be a good idea, too.

Please be patient in the parking lot. We still have a lot of mud holes and parking will be limited. We’re planning to have extra volunteers available to help with parking and may even have some shuttle wagons running.

2013 marks the first time in 31 years that we’ve had to close our gates so often due to so much water and mud. We apologize for the inconvenience and the lessons in patience Mother Nature has been trying to teach all of us.
