Really? Thunderstorms in October in North Dakota? Papa has closed the gate on his pumpkin patch for the day, Friday, Oct. 11. We’ve had rain overnight, and puddles are everywhere.

With more rain in the forecast, we won’t be able to pump the water out of the parking lot and high-traffic areas until it stops.

This fall has truly been one of ups and downs with our weather. Last evening was a picture perfect Family Night at Papa’s, and LOTS of families enjoyed an evening in the country. We wish Mother Nature would send more of those our direction!

Stay dry. We will let you know if we can be open on Saturday, Oct. 12 by 11 am on Saturday morning.
