YES! It’s been nearly 20 years, and it’s time to bring back the Pumpkin UnParade at Papa’s Pumpkin Patch. This year’s event will be held two nights from 6:30 – 11 pm each night on Friday, Oct. 26 and Saturday, Oct. 27. The event is a partnership with the Bismarck Public Schools Foundation to support mental health programming for students.
What’s an UnParade? That means more than 1,000 pumpkins will be carved as jack ‘o lanterns, and they will be on display all across Papa’s Pumpkin Patch. The jack ‘o lanterns will sit on bales, picnic tables, logs and more, while you, our guests, “parade” by and enjoy the work of area carvers.
So, fill your car for a fun-filled evening at Papa’s Pumpkin Patch! Tickets must be purchased in advance and are required for admittance. Tickets are going fast, and we are limited to 700 cars per night. Each car will receive glow sticks for everyone, and concessions will be available. Tickets are only $20 per car. (Limit of 10 people per car).
The gates open at 6:30 pm and will close at 11 pm on Friday, Oct. 26 and Saturday, Oct. 27. Proceeds from this event will help Bismarck Public Schools provide tools for mental health programming so all BPS students can thrive in school and beyond. Funds raised will serve as match funding for Giving Hearts Day 2019! #countme
This event is close to halloween, and family friendly costumes are welcome. Scary masks or costumes are not allowed. In the event of inclement weather, cars will drive through the pumpkin patch to see the magic.
