How cool is that? Travel + Leisure (T+L) magazine selected Papa’s Pumpkin Patch as one of the top 16 pumpkin farms across the U.S. The magazine is known for its travel tips, guides, news and information on everything from the Best Islands in Europe to great pumpkin farms in the U.S.

Papa’s is the only pumpkin patch highlighted in the upper Midwest. Other great pumpkin farms, according to T+L include: Roba Family Farm in Jermyn, PA; Jumbo’s Pumpkin Patch in Middleton, MD; Kroll’s Fall Harvest Farm in Waukegan, IL; and Walter’s Pumpkin Patch in Burns, KS.

All of the recognition in the past couple of years makes Papa feel pretty warm inside. He and the family are grateful to Travel + Leisure, and to others like the Weather Channel, USA Today and the Today Show. Still what really makes his day is the laughter and shrieks of delight when children are running and exploring in the middle of his pumpkin patch.
