It’s Friday, Jan. 3. It’s supposed to hit 40 degrees today. And Papa’s Polar Patch is (finally) open!

There is a blizzard warning starting at 6 pm tonight so if there’s any chance to have some fun at the polar patch, it’s this afternoon. The warming house will be toasty; the horse-drawn sleigh rides will be out and about; there’s a new pile of snow at the base of the zip line; and we have fresh snow for the old-fashioned sled rides. It should be awesome!

Papa’s Polar Patch is open 12-5 pm. Admission is $5/person and your admission includes two tickets to use for the sleigh rides (2 tickets/ride), sled rides (1 ticket/ride) or concessions.
