It’s right on the line between too cold and OK, so Papa has decided to crank up the heat in the warming house and open his polar patch on Monday, Dec. 30. That’s right. If you have the winter gear and need some fun in your day, Papa’s Polar Patch will be ready for you!

One word of caution: the wind is always the deciding factor when temperatures are on the edge. We will monitor the weather throughout the day, so please check the website or Facebook page before leaving home. If the winds pick up and the wind chills drop, making it unsafe to play outside for too long, we may close early.

The best news of all is the temperatures later this week (Friday and Saturday) look wonderful.
